Solution retrospective
In my solution the bottom panel pushes main section out to hide the comment in the smooth way. Because of overflow wrap you cannot use the app on horizontal mobile view, but I think for this kind of app this is the better UX anyway. APIs fetch is running only one time. After that the time is updated for each second via simple setInterval. Hope you like the end result 😉
