The only thing I did not manage to implement was the desktop preview, as I am not sure what it refers to. If you have suggestions, I take any constructive feedback!

About the desktop preview - I don't think it should be implemented. It seems to be just a pretty preview image for the challenge page here on frontendmentor.io :)
Your implementation looks almost exactly like the original design, so if I had to suggest one thing I'd say try using flexbox instead of tables for the .Profile with the image, name and title. I fell in love with flexbox when I built a similar little thing and was amazed how easy it can be :)
