Testimonial Grid Section using CSS Grid

Solution retrospective
This is the first project that I have built using CSS Grid.
The biggest difficulty was getting the quotation mark image in the first grid section to be correctly positioned and underlaying the text. Any comments on my solution to this part of the challenge, or suggestions for different approaches, would be particularly welcome :)
