Your solution already seems really good, you can give the h1 a small value because it's too big an a line-height: 1.3 there's too much space between lines.

To have the same effect for the image add mix-blend-mode: multiply inside div or img tag to blend the photo with the purple background.

Well done for your first attempt challenge . I would like to help you make your challenge better and as close to the solution as position, especially on mobile responsive ness it seems the outlook on mobile view can be made better by the use of media queries.
