What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

It is always super interesting to include JS functions because they make the page feel alive. I think this was the best part of the project: generating a new ticket each time you fill out the form.

Next time, I would avoid using AI to try to make the site responsive. I lost a lot of time trying to figure out what was wrong with the AI-generated solutions. :)

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

I think the most challenging part was inserting all the necessary images while keeping the site functional. I discovered the use of the Z-index tool thanks to this. Making the site responsive was also a headache.

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

I would like to know the simplest way to replace the entire form with the ticket without creating too much of a mess while keeping the elements in the correct place.
