What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

I struggled a lot with the layout of the ticket, especially for the smaller screen. Also, I was not quite sure when to show the upload error and the avatar. Eventually, I decided to show the error when hovered, and show success avatar when the cloud icon is clicked. I don't think this user flow is realistic/intuitive, but that's all I could manage.
