Todo App using chakra ui, framer-motion, recoil

I'm not sure about vertical alignment, as there's no example how should it look when height of the list is smaller. e.g. should "create new todo" be inside hero section or centered with the list? Should title "todo" be fixed at top or centered with list? (if centered it moves down and on light theme there's white text on white background). Overall, I think it looks pretty close.
