URL shortening API landing page

I only completed the layout aspect of this project (and form validation) for now. I will re-visit this in the future once my skillset with JS or React.js grows to finish the shortening API part. My markup is also heavily commented since I used Tailwind instead of CSS for the styling - it helps me with keeping my code in more visible/sorted sections with all the additional code on my HTML file.

Let me also disclose, I completed this this challenge along Brad Traversy from a Udemy course on Tailwind CSS.
