Solution retrospective
Had to work on this one discontinuously, found it challenging to dig into it again every time. The filtering part is partly broken as it works only with the role and level tags but not with the languages and the tools. The reason of this is the languages and tools appearing in an array inside the object in the json file. Couldn't work this around, any help would be highly appreciated !
Another issue the "X" pseudo element on a selected tag that has size issue on firefox.
