[Vite - React] REST Countries API

This is my first complete project written in React. For this solution, I used Vite, React Router and React Select. I wasn't sure how the first 4 random countries visible on the design screens were selected, so I decided to create a component which shows the 4 most recently visited countries. It is not empty at the very beginning, but contains the 4 particular countries from the design
