What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

Posting this cause I have come to understand that no project can be perfect at a go and I can always go back to working on it. I have been on this project since the beginning of this year. I will work on it and leave it, just waiting for the near perfect time to submit. So, here we go.
