Why Are There Credit Limits on the Monthly Plan?
Due to the downloadable nature of Pro assets (design files and premium challenges), credit limits are necessary for monthly subscribers. Without them, someone could subscribe for a single month, download everything, and cancel immediately. The limits are set to allow a good amount of practice on a month-to-month basis.
How Do I Switch from Monthly to Yearly?
Contact the support team by emailing [email protected]. They'll help you transition your subscription and ensure you receive proper credit for any unused time on your monthly plan.
Can I Switch from Yearly to Monthly?
Switching from yearly to monthly is possible at the end of your yearly billing period. Contact support before your renewal date to request the change. Your account will convert to monthly billing when the yearly term ends.

Both plans auto-renew at the end of their term. You'll receive an email reminder a few days before your subscription renews.
Do You Offer Refunds?
There is a "fair use" refund policy within 14 days of starting your first subscription. If you download one or two premium assets (design files, premium challenges) and decide it's not for you, a refund will be processed. If you've downloaded three or more premium assets, the refund may be declined. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of starting your subscription.
Are There Any Discounts?
Regional pricing is automatically applied based on your location. If you're unsure if you want to upgrade, try the free or free+ challenges first and upgrade when you're confident you'll get value from Pro.
What Happens to Unused Monthly Credits?
If you have a monthly subscription and it expires or is cancelled, unused credits remain on your account until you use them. If you have a yearly subscription, your design and premium credits reset to zero when it expires.
Can I Upgrade Mid-Cycle?
Yes. If you are on the monthly plan and want to upgrade to yearly, contact support at [email protected]. They will help you transition your subscription and you'll receive a pro-rata price based on your active monthly subscription.
