This was my first full venture into Bootstrap. Any feedback would be appreciated. My biggest concern is if my html semantic is correct.

After deployment the app does not work as intended as Heroku will 404 when the page is refreshed or an incorrect url is input. I have spent many hours trying to fix this but with no luck. It seems to be an issue with my routing using json-server and express. If anyone knows what the issue could be I would greatly appreciate it. I would also appreciate all other feedback as well.
