I used Figma to guide me with pixels, but it didn't work out well. I am having difficulties with using media queries and with text centering. I couldn't apply the effect of changing the color of the image on HOVER. If you have any tips for any of the difficulties above or anything else that I can improve, feel free to comment on it.

I used the "Responsive View" extension and checked all the resolutions it provides, and none of them had this error shown in the screenshot. If you know why this is happening, please help me.

Using grid display for the first time, I couldn't organize the columns vertically, so I ended up using flex. On hover, I couldn't eliminate the extra pixel that is applied when the hover is activated. If you have a tip, please comment.

Done with help in some points.

I modified the root image to make it appear in purple, as I couldn't find a simple way to overlay the original image with this color. If you have any suggestions for semantic or simpler code, please comment.

If you know a way to make the image effect appear with the blue background as it should, please comment, and if there is an easier way to achieve this effect, as I believe this might not be the best method. Additionally, if you could confirm whether the semantics are correct, it would be extremely helpful.
