The content would enlarge when i exit chrome developer mode.was having a hard time to adjust it to march my view in the chrome developer mode..resolved to use a the zoom option even though i read it is not recommended for live websites..a solution to this would be highly appreciated

i struggled to change attributes for the html range input and ended up using a static slider.i particulary coudnt change the slider size and colors.how do you recommend i do this using pure css only.
