That was a lot of work. I definitely feel like there is a better and easier way to create this site. Any help in terms of shifting my coding style? Additionally, whats the rule of thumb for margining and padding with parent/child containers?

I'm having a problem with the navigation bar items upon hovering- I was able to refine it to the best of my abilities but I could not get the anchor item to be the full size of the list item. You will notice that when you hover over the nav items the line border-bottom will be in different places. Any suggestions?

My question is this- I'm a fairly new developer and want tips on how I write my CSS code- am I writing too much CSS to make it responsive? maybe things will get easier once I learn Javascript better

Trying to make my drop down positioned absolute- I used bootstrap. When I made the ul element of the navbar positioned absolute, it was glitching because of their JS. Any thoughts?
