What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

I'm proud of the custom slider. I could have saved myself alot of time using a CSS framework but I enjoyed the process. I was able to learn a lot using Vanilla JS.

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

The JS is a bit wonky. It needs to be refactored. However, I'm open to any and all feedback.

What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

I am most proud of my JS code because I faced a lots of problems that i need to handle and I managed to find a solution for all.

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

I had the biggest problem with connecting all this function to make them emerge on correct listeners.

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

Refactoring my JS to make it more efficient. It works, but I'm sure there is a better option.

What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

Use of CSS Flex to create responsive layout

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

Changing the color of SVG image for the share button. I ended up directly embedding the SVG image instead of using tag.

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

General use of HTML, semantics, a11y, etc.

What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

The mobile-first approach works really well. Once I had the mobile design I was able to move up very quickly. I might have solved the main content images just with flex. I'd probably try that in the future.

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

It took me longer than expected. There were a few challenges:

    • Having the two images in the desktop required doing some tricks with the picture tag. I am not really comfortable with the solution I used.

    • The footer image with the overlay was troublesome. Specially since it had to insert in the previous section. I believe the solution was elegant.

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

Is there a better way to solve the insertion below the 02of the overlay?

What is the best way to manage the change of images. In the CSS or HTML?
