First solution with JavaScript DOM. Please let me know your suggestion, How can I improve my solution?

I have a few Questions related to the border-radius of header why is it not working? and First I tried to put the reaction, memory... into a table but it didn't work, because table-row doesn't take any width. is there something special rule about table-row, please tell me if you know. ( I used the tr tag in the place of li tag)
