I made this a PWA(which means it's fully installable on your phone or computer) where you can play either Grizzly, Cowboy, Ninja or Rock, Paper, Scissors.
I made custom pictures for Rules slider for GCN with Figma.

The challenge is good for you, answering your questions, you can reuse the classes so that you don't have too many classes with different names as long as you nest them inside other classes with different names and the fonts do not need to be downloaded by them with the sources of Google. best solution and icons I recommend fontello are some recommendations that I make I invite you to see the code of my last challenge so that you can see how I reuse the classes, Greetings from Mexico 🌮

I have a lot of problems with CSS.I have been taking a lot of online courses for a while now. In this project it was not responsive on desktop but it was on mobile ,I dont know what is the exact problem.

As a first recommendation you should have your files well organized using folders as well as your HTML structure, if you want to use variables I recommend that you use SASS it is not as complicated as it looks good I say it because I am learning to use it and finally I think that with flex-box it would be best solution, Greetings from Mexico 🌮
