I had this weird issue with the hover dropdown container not applying z-index properly and not stacking as designed. I'll look into it later, but any idea on what's even going on there will be appreciated

I didn't really follow any convention for this project. I just built based on the first solution that came to mind. I appreciate information on any standard there is to building charts like this.

I'm tried to be as thorough as possible with my JS logic but I'm sure I missed a lot. I will appreciate inputs here.

In this project, my main objective was to make the code more accessible and conform to semantic standards. I initially considered using the "eval" function, but realized that it could be dangerous and is generally not recommended. As a result, I had to come up with a new approach for implementing the calculator's functionality, which I found quite enjoyable. Additionally, I was able to apply my recently acquired skills in regular expressions to the project.

This was a challenging task, but I still had fun throughout. Although I used some shortcuts in areas like form validation, which may not have been the best approach. I struggle with handling forms in a traditional manner, but I plan to improve in that area. Additionally, my skills with media-queries need improvement and I welcome any suggestions on how to get better. Thanks in Advance.

One thing I would have loved to add is disabling inactive controls for the custom percentages. Overall, I'm more of a typescript guy, JS can make you loose hair for no reason. Sticking with typescript after this.
