Nice job @AdamsBlack1, I could check the live site and the github repo and I noticed some good practices. I would recommend you to use more semantic HTML5 like main for the content, article for the social card and maybe you can skip the use of all divs for the a tags. That would be my main recommendation for your next challenges.

My comments about you solutions are the followings:
Your index.html file looks good. I'm not an expert but I would have two sections in the card, one of the image and other for the text.
Regarding to your CSS file also looks great. Just a recommendation, try to use rem measurements for texts and paddings instead of fixed values like px. Also, I would get rid of the height and width properties in the .caixaExterna class because could be an issue for responsiveness.
