  Hello @Dev Monkey,

  As a suggestion you could position both circles without touching its width. Use % but instead of using a negative percentage for the x-axis, use a positive % by using oposite side:

  .img-top {
  position: absolute;
  z-index: -99;
  top: -50%;
  right: 50%;
  }
  .img-bottom{
  position:absolute;
  z-index:-99%;
  bottom: -50%;
  left: 50%;
  }
