I used localstorage to send the value of the user rating from one HTML page to another. Although, I got to learn to something new, please suggest me what other ways may have been used to implement this, any bad practices that you may have noticed in my code or any other feedback.

I had doubts about making the page responsive like, what are the best practices for changing the img src on the basis of the size of the viewport? Also, how to find the accurate fonts? Any feedback and criticism are welcome.
