• I believe I overcomplicated this one. Some of my concerns are with the background image positioning, and the hero background pattern image sizing.
• The spacing of the layout on larger screen sizes: I had to use a lot of negative margins, wondering if it is because I am using position: relative on some elements to adjust their z-index and spacing.

Hey guys ! Here is my solution for: Social media dashboard with theme switcher

I enjoyed working on this one using SASS/SCSS. Some of the things I learned were how to use CSS grid more effectively. The theme toggle is also accessible by being able to tab into it from your keyboard and using Up/Down & Left/Right arrows to change the theme. Also how to set local storage and checking for user OS theme preferences with JavaScript.

Additions ➕:

• Storing theme in local storage
• User preferred OS theme
• Accessible them toggle switch

My main concern is the pricing cards not being vertically centred. Open to feedback on my code and suggestions! 😁

Found this one slightly challenging after coding mobile first and had to go back into my markup to make the desktop version more responsive! Would love your guys feedback!

Some of the difficulties I had while building this one were:

• image not taking up entire space, with line at the bottom
• Responsiveness when changing screen size
