i would like to prefer any best are good practices in styling for now mostly, i added styles in index.css u can see once.

i need a help why my hr tag is not working it gives space but not showing line in my browser and it's seems difficult to find what color used in the desktop/mobile designs. anything suggestions advice are always welcome

why cant u use * (universal selector) to set margin=0; for simplicity
Is that harder if we don't use css Frame work (BootsTrap)? Because using without framework ,it made me feel bad because of consuming more time & it doesnt feel as similar as urs (looking similar) and i have to make lots of changes in every section.
