I'm using a lot of positioning for my elements. And a bunch more for the mobile version... Is this normal?

Still need to fiddle with the sizing on the mobile version..

For some reason I'm getting a scrollbar even though I'm using 100vh on the body... Didn't get a chance to do the phone view yet. Also made it so that you can only view one answer at a time, since I don't know how to extend the container.

Hoping to get any feedback you might have on cleaning up this code. I am a complete noob. This is literally my first project with html/css, so I know there's a lot of inefficiencies. Don't mind the comments, they just help me remember things... THANK YOU!
