Looks like you have a good start on this big project
- your display does not need to be a NUMBER input element you end up with the increase decrease arrows in your display
- your period does not work for 1.5 or .5 type entries
- in dark mode you loose your mode slider container background and so it is just like a floating dot on the main calculator background
