I know there few things wrong I could not get font size of 15px it made last card bigger, and I know font is not all correct. The big thing for me is I got it to be responsive, and it look pretty good to me.. I really took me to many days to do this but I learned a lot

well, for screen width below 425px the display is not that responsive. Some elements are overlapping from their containers.
my opinion is , use bootstrap when you have got the css basic right. You need to fully understand what bootstrap is doing in your project so that you can override those styles that are not working according to your expectations.
