Hello! Great attempt~
I have a few suggestions:
I think replacing section tags with div would be better. As for the container to wrap both columns together in a flexbox as @anas mentioned, you can use section tag for it. (This is just my opinion though)
The logo should be within an a tag because header's logo is usually linked to the homepage. And I think it needs some resizing.

you can wrap both sections in a container and use flex to arrange the sections next to each other using flex properties like setting the direction to row and the base for each section .. here is a good resource on how to use flexboxes https://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/a-guide-to-flexbox/

@BarretoJ20 It is a big problem that this is tour first project; because this is (level 2) project you need to know what is your limit and work depends on that ego in your level is the biggest killer! there is a book called (responsive web design with html5 and CSS ) you can download it, it will get your skills to the next level!

@BarretoJ20 you can filter levels in this site you can start with card preview
@zebra-not-donkey, the challenge is a newbie level(level 1), not a level 2 challenge
