Good (Whatever timezone you guys are in, salute) !

I wanted to implement a more dynamic and live approach rather than the static display with the original challenge. I devised a three-section mock-up, where users would land on the first section to choose the notification, the second section to input data, and the third section to display all the information and match the original design.

So, in summary instead of all the posts already created like the original challenge I made it so the users can add posts themselves with their data instead, making it dynamic and live.

I thought this would be done quickly and easily but NO! It took me about a month and I learned HEAVY DOM manipulation with vanilla javascript. There are a few minor bugs here and there but the base functionality and structure are solid!!!

I would love to know what you guys think about it :) ....and you could rate my solution from 1 to 5 where 1 is the lowest. :D

    Good (Insert time) everyone!

This was my first intermediate project, dealing with 2 API's. It was intimidating at first but I was consistent with it and it's now functional. My solution may have flaws but it gets the job done perfectly. It took me about 10 days to complete it.

I had to read a lot of documentation of the API's to get my head around it, finally done with it.

If you would like to take a look at the source code and give me some tips to improve my JavaScript code. I would greatly appreciate that.

Just a quick easy API app :)

One question: What's the standard and trending process to fetch & work with data, are there any better ways to fetch and read data on more complex projects?

Heyyooo! How are you today? (I really do care)

First of all, I think this is not a Junior level challenge maybe more like level 3. It was a massive challenge with A LOT of CSS. If you want to test your basic CSS skills, this challenge is a good start. Anyways, I learned and improved many things on the way to accomplishing this challenge.

    Some questions:

    1. How long did it ( or would it) take you to complete this project?

    2. What primary tools would you use for this project?

    3. What tools and technologies should I learn in 2023 for a FrontEnd Development job?

    4. When to use ChatGPT and Ai tools?

    5. Is it worth learning WordPress, WebFlow, or any other website-building tools?

    6. What would you rate my solution?

    0 = lowest ( go back to school kid) 5 = highest ( You're a pro bro).

    1. Any suggestions to improve my JavaScript?

I will GREATLY appreciate the time and knowledge you would give me. If I could donate to you I would ;)

Hey! Hope everyone is doing well as always (hope so...).

learning BootStrap, I wanted to practice using it more. I mainly focused on creating the Grid layout and form validation using BootStrap. I've added some custom CSS and JavaScript as well. I was curious about some things, anyone please feel free to answer my questions. I would greatly appreciate it.

    1. How well have I completed this challenge? Rate my solution from 0 to 5, 5 being "Professional" and 0 being "Go back to school kid".

    2. Which area should I improve more or focus on more? Javascript logic / Accessibility / Semantics / CSS or Sass / bootstrap / or any other technology.

    3. Where can I learn more real-world useful Javascript logic? Any resource recommendations?

    4. Name One thing you love about Front End Mentor.

Hey there! How is life treating you?

This was a nice fun challenge. The most difficult part was customizing the Radio buttons, tricky and unorthodox. I would love to know your feedback about:

    1. How to properly make a CSS reset?
    2. How to properly use comments?
    3. How much time should this project be completed take? 3hours? 3days? From a professional perspective.
    4. When should I start taking level 3 challenges, intermediate? This is my second javascript challenge, I've completed one newbie and Junior .

    Thanks in advance, guys!

    Hello, super smart people! 🖐🏻

This is my first JavaScript challenge, so disappointments are guaranteed. ;D

It was a difficult challenge, especially dealing with Dates, truly a nightmare. I managed to complete the challenge the best I could. I would love to know some specifics and how you approach it.

    1. How much time(days/weeks) would you take to complete this project?
    2. What is the first thing you focus on? (HTML/CSS or JavaScript)?
    3. How much time do you spend on research? (Googling techniques or code solutions)
    4. What method/s do you take when stuck on a project?
    5. How to know when "is it good enough"?

and finally, any feedback will be greatly appreciated. (And rewarded with points ;D )

How's it going guys? Pretty good for sure.

This was a good challenge, especially to practice FlexBox. Simple and elegant! I enjoyed building this one.

I request you guys please go through my script and highlight any errors, best practices, or any improvements that can be done. I'll be greatly thankful.

Hello, My Fellow FEM members! I present to you yet another below-average solution, hope you don't mind.

My first project to upload straight out of the BASH/GIT, setting up the SSH Authenticator was a real pain and more pain when I accidentally used two different E-mails to authenticate a single key, where I spent hours figuring out why are the **pushed commits ** coming from a different E-mail. In order to find a solution on the web, I came across deep complex conspiracy theories. Am I being hacked? Am I being spied? Is GitHub not as innocent as it seems? hmmm.. but finally I figured it out as always, It was my own silly mistake. I can already imagine Kratos yelling at me "BOI, WHY DID YOU USE TWO E-MAILS".

As always please do give me any feedback, Thanks!

    Hello FEM community!

I got extremely busy with my work this month, so this project took a while to complete. I only had time to code for two hours a week, seriously 😄. I wasn't able to code consistently with this project, so sometimes I felt out of context. It also has many missing pieces but I had to make it work.

Anyways, as always, I would appreciate any feedback. Some things I need guidance with are:

    1. How to have better HTML for the star icons without repetition
    2. Background image using the background-position property

and any other specifics. Thank you all!

Hey there FEM community!🖐🏻 Hope you guys are doing awesome as always.

The most trouble I had with this project was making the two background images (bg-pattern-top | bg-pattern-bottom) as similar as possible on different widths but could not pixel perfect them. I used the background-position property but it acts weird on different widths. I could've used a ton of media queries but it seemed very bad practice so I left it as it is.

If someone could please show me a better approach, it would be awesome. And of course, any other feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! 😊

    Hello there fellow Geeks! 🙋🏻‍♂️

I forgot to upload this project when I completed it a month ago, I found it in a folder named "trash007" ( I have a problem with names, I can't name stuff properly and forget why & what's the file or folder about. ) 😄. So, I enhanced the old code into a new and improved version, added some FlexBox and Media queries just for some coloring.

When I viewed my site on a mobile device with the Landscape orientation, there was a lot of scrolling involved which is what I can't seem to fix.

Any help or guidance on how to create less scrolling when viewing on mobile Landscape orientation would be awesome. My mobile in Landscape orientation is 720px.

And Offcourse any other feedback will be a great help.

P.S: Can anyone please recommend any good Code Editor for Android users? I tried finding Visual Studio Code on App store but unfortunately, there is no VSC on Android.

    Hey! Happy Big Thursday Everyone!

Learned a lot about CSS box-sizing: border-box; with this challenge. I had issues with the vertical scroll bar appearing on the browser, even tho the min-height: was set to 100vh. My code was missing the box-sizing: border-box; property.

And of course, ANY feedback would be greatly appreciated. 😊

Hey BOIS! Happy big Wednesday to you all.

I've taken accessibility and responsiveness much more seriously with this solution, thanks to @PhoenixDev22, @DavidMorgade, and @pradeeps4ini for their valuable feedback on my previous NFT solution.

I will greatly appreciate any feedback or positive criticism on this solution. Much love!😊

Another day, another challenge done. The most difficult part was trying to create the overlay effect. Had to research a ton before finally getting the result.

Any feedback is appreciated for best practice or an easier way to create the overlay effect. Thanks!!

Hey There! Solution for Product Preview Card Component. CRITICISM NEEDED.

There are two images provided in this project, a mobile image, and a desktop image. I've used CSS's Display property to hide one image depending on the view of the screen, a normal responsive effect. In the index.html I've added both the <img> tags. The problem with this approach is that the loading time will be compromised. As the browser will load both the images. My question, is there a better approach to this problem?

Hey There! Criticism is needed (Jumping straight into questions.)

    1. I was surprised to learn that <img> tags can't have a background color by simply adding a background property. It took me a while to research how to change the color of the main image and I still could not bring it to perfection.

    2. My main focus for this project was to get familiar with "ancient" techniques. So I used "Floats" instead of "Flexbox" or "Grid". I'm a little hesitant about jumping into "Flexbox" or "Grid" because I feel like I'm not good enough with using "Floats". Should it be like that?

    3. Another thing that almost made me mental was trying to stretch my image to cover the remaining margin and make it responsive. I made a lot of mess with the "Height" properties, I found it difficult to use the "Height" property more than the "Width" property.

A cleaner and more efficient method would be greatly appreciated. Best practice and ANY Advice/Feedback/Criticism will also be extremely helpful and appreciated.
