I still have issues with grid layouts and I seem to have missed the hover state color... Any suggestion??

It seems, that the spacing is rather off by a little or more but the major problem is the sites responsiveness on Medium screens... I can't just seem to get it.

Did I get the box-shadow ? It seems kinda off and small.... Is animations required? It was plain and not sure it's okay....
