    your solution is really nice, and I think the box-shadow is a little bit more than design in three column section

    UPDATE:

    Fixed some issues that were bothering me on this one. i) Fixed the textarea issue below - I had created in input with the type textarea - only took me a couple of hours to work that one out! 🤦‍♂️

    ii) Fixed the project title not appearing in the title on each project page. Some hectic delving into 11tys pagination object was involved...

    iii) Linked up all my other FEM projects so that each project actually links to a FEM project I did - just for fun... Only bookmark challenge remains outstanding.

    Again, any feedback most welcome

    Thanks

    I learnt a lot about 11ty on this project. I used collections and pagination for the first time. It was difficult but I can see this being very useful. I think I could have hard coded this in about half the time, but making edits to this site is now a real breeze thanks to 11ty and nunjunks templating.

    Using 11ty's pagination feature (and collections), adding projects from a markdown file updates the portfolio page and the pagination links and text automatically. I also inlined my CSS to improve performance. I split my CSS into 'critical', which appears on every page, and other page specific CSS is inlined on each page

    I would very much welcome advice on the following issues:

    Regarding 11ty, I spent a lot of time working out pagination. I thought that content that I put below the last --- in my .md files would appear in the template I referenced. This didn't happen. I suspect something to do with 11ty's data cascade, but I haven't understood what was happening yet.

    One thing that has driven me crazy is styling the textarea on the form. I would like the text to wrap, at the moment it just carries on on one line, and I would like to user inputted text to start at the top (in the same location as the placeholder text). I moved the placeholder text, but cannot get the user text to start where I want it to.

    Any other advice and suggestions would be gratefully received. Thanks!

    Definitely underestimated this challenge, looked like an easy design to begin with but it got harder and harder going from Mobile to Desktop widths.

    Ended up once again using inline SVG's as I couldn't get anything else to work. At the start I tried doing the following:

    1. Adding an id="img" to the SVG file itself
    2. Changing the fill value to fill="currentColor"
    3. Calling the SVG in HTML
    <svg class="svg-image">
         <use xlink:href='../images/nameOfImage.svg#img'></use>
    </svg>

    And then changing the fill value by targeting the SVG's class name.

    It all worked well however I couldn't manipulate the SVG's height and width even by hard coding these values. It kept getting the default SVG 300x150 values applied by the HTML.

    The api takes some time to shorten the url, but it works fine, it alerts the error, when not connected to internet and undefined if your antivirus is blocking the api.

    Hello, It's been a while everybody! 👋

    This is my 21th and 2nd Intermediate challenge. It was one of the most enjoyable challenges I have done so far. It really great to practice JS in this challenge, as usual I learned a lot by making this challenge and discovered many things like:

    • Added a Escape keyboard for exiting the navbar and by clicking the overlay
    • Added a a and d keyboard for sliding the images and also ArrowRight and ArrowLeft
    • Making the JavaScript and CSS code DRY as much as I can.

    feedback is welcome and appreciated!. Let me know of any issues you find. Thanks in advance.

    The image differs a bit from the challenge as I was having a real hard time positioning the box on top and making it behave as it should on multiple screen sizes. Other than that, I believe it's finished. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks!

    Hi Devs! 👊

    This is my first ever react application. I just started learning React 2 weeks ago and I must say, it has been fun 👌😎,kind! Thanks to my ES6 knowledge, the learning process was kinda fast.

    In this Todo App challenge, I focused more on hooks for maintaining the state of the application and conditional rendering. It was not easy!

    Note: The library I used to implement the drag and drop functionality really messed with the accessibility and markup performance. (React Beautiful DND Library)!!!

    Kindly vet the way I use hooks and create components!

    Thanks for your feedbacks! ❤❤
