Any ways I can improve my React?

I had a problem with state management. I ended up storing prod reqs in a context. Is this the most efficient way of storing this data?
If data was from API, would I call fetch and retrieve the data I need for every part, or fetch it once and save it globally on page load?

There were some instances were I did not follow DRY principle, and set small stylings for each planet. Any way I could improve this CSS?
One example is at tablet view each planet image had a different max width in the design file, and I couldn't figure any uniform way to set that max width like % based, so I did it somewhat repeatably.

I struggled with making the images width's shrink but not the heights. Is there any way to do it cleaner in the CSS?

Was there a cleaner way to implement the tooltip? I had to duplicate the tooltip so one would be relative to the button and one relative to the card text section.
