The width of my card (or possibly my font sizes?) are not matching the example, so my excerpt text only takes up 2 lines instead of 3. I also notice the font weight of my title and the author name don't seem to be as bold/thick as the example. Not sure what I need to do there to fix it.
General guidance on how to remember the basics of positioning would be much appreciated. Specifically, positioning container divs on the page, and positioning child divs and elements inside them.
I'm proud of the fact that I did not have to look up the document or google on how to solve this challenge.

This looks really good! Your font weights and colors are matching the design really well - I struggled with mine a bit. My only feedback is I can see you're using a bit of blur on your drop shadow, which the design doesn't seem to be using. Also, I think if you want to center the card vertically on the page you can get rid of the margin-top/margin-bottom settings on your .container class selector so the margin: 0 auto; setting above them will be used.
