Is there a better way I could have centered the content on the page?

How did I do? Anything that could be made better?

Implementing the active states when you hover over the image was the hard part. The code I did to implement it would be far from being the most efficient solution, and the SVG was also impossible to make smaller. I would appreciate any help with this.

I'm lost on how to make the circle responsive, or basically, everything in it responsive, when you start reducing the width of the screen, the whole thing looks messy
